Chaim Gantz an exceptional yid

Chaim Gantz A"H was an incredible Yid. I knew him personally. He was the perfect combination of being a frum and Erliche a Talmid Chacham, and a worldly person. He helped so many people. He knew how to deal with all people ranging from very young to old, Chassidish, Litvish, irreligious etc. Chaim A"H radiated Simcha wherever he went. When he would meet someone he knew, he would start off by sharing a Dvar Torah followed by a joke. Everyone who knew him felt close to him because of his warmth and caring nature. Chaim A"H loved helping people. He even switched his profession from being an actuary to social work because he felt he could help people more in that manner. He was Baruch Hashem Zoche to save Yiddeshe Neshamos, with his sincerity, warmth, and great wisdom. Chaim succeeded in making Shidduchim as well. It gave him such Nachas to see his couples happy and building a Bayis Neeman Biyisroel. Chaim was such a devoted and loving husband to his wife and children Y"LT. He was so proud of his family. There are very few people who are as amazing as he was. He had such a positive effect on my life and I feel so fortunate to have known such a special person. He is sorely missed by all who knew him. May he be a Mailitz Yosher for his entire family and Klal Yisroel, and may we be Zoche to the Geulah Shelaima Bimhaira Biyamainu when we all can be reunited again.

Chaim Meir Gantz

I remember him from social work school. What a wonderful human being. He always had a good word for everyone and a good joke for evry occasion. I remember when he had his twins. There was no happier person in the world at that time. He was on such a high.

Chaim Meir Gantz

Dear Reb Chaim Meir,

I never knew you but im good friends with your son Shamai, and in order for you along with your wife to have raised such an awesome ben torah you must have been a super special amazing person! Baruch Dayan Haemes.

Chaim Meir Gantz

A Super Special Person

One could not find a kinder sweeter person who truly lived his life according to the Torah and was a true "mistapek b'muat". May he be a meilitz yosher for his family and klal yisroel

Chaim Meir Gantz

My Cousin Chaim

My cousin Chaim Gantz passed away from the coronavirus. He was 50. Chaim was one of my Hassidic cousins. I have a bunch of them--some are stern, others talkative, some are bland, like cousins everywhere. Chaim was part of the Gantz clan, a warm and funny bunch. They always felt close to us even though we were from the “modern” side of the mishpacha--the side, they suspected, that wore pants. They never knew for sure because we wore long skirts when we went to visit them; our mothers were very close. Chaim was a social worker. He genuinely cared about people, especially about kids who were in tough situations. He came down with COVID-19 a few weeks ago, then rallied, then got sick again, then a high fever, ventilator and cardiac arrest. May his wife Goldie and their sweet kids find the strength and support they need to make it through. חיים מאיר בן יעקב מנחם, יהי זכרו ברוך.

Chaim Meir Gantz

A very special person!

Always had a smile and a good word for everyone. Always sensitive to everyone's feelings. Always careful never to hurt anyone. A very caring person about his friends and family. A very real person! We will all miss him greatly!

Chaim Meir Gantz

I didn't know Chaim personally, but I did see him quite often in Rabbi Landau's shul. BD"E!

Chaim Meir Gantz

An Incredible Man

Chaim Gantz was a devoted husband and father. There was nothing that he would not do for his family. However, he also had an outstanding compassion for every Yid. He used his professional skills to help scores of teens who were grappling with a myriad of problems. His involvement with “Our Place” is legendary. So many of these teens, now men , attest to the fact that Chaim is the one who gets the credit for rescuing them and helping them to go on and raise beautiful families. ....He had a golden heart, redt countless Shidduchim and in general cared about others as though they were actual members of his family. His wonderful children are a reflection of the superb upbringing he afforded them . May his equally special wife Goldie ybl and children Shamai, Leah, and Dovid take comfort and pride in his good name..and may Chaim be a meilitz yosher for them as well as the rest of Klal Yisroel..He will be sorely missed!

Chaim Meir Gantz

A wonderful person

Reb Chaim ע"ה was a very special and dear friend. Always a smile, a vort, a joke, and an encouraging word. Finished Shas a few times. A devoted talmid of Yeshiva Torah V'Daas and a father of three outstanding children.
