A precious man.
Lipa was a bright man and a very nice person. I knew him well, or pretty much. We spoke and shmoozed alot when ever we bumped into each other we would stop and catch up. I remember him working in Williamsburg that's actually where I got to know him in first place. We would sit and talk. He was clever and I loved sitting and talking with him. He made me laugh a lot. I actually saw him a short while before he passed in the supermarket in Monsey but I didn't had extra time on the moment I said hi but had to run. Have I known I would've stopped and made time I hope he shall forgive for that as I didn't mean bad. He was a special person and a very good father. I remember him taking his kids out sometime and he was very cute and caring. I wish I could help the family in such time. I hope ppl will halp whenever anything is needed. Lipa we all miss you!!
