R' Elye Chaim Brach

We are saddened to inform of the petira of Reb Eliyohu Chaim Brach z”l of Boro Park’s Satmar kehilla, who was niftar on Wednesday afternoon from the coronavirus. He was 72. Reb Elya Chaim was a son of Reb Shlomo Brach, a well-known philanthropist in the SatmAr kehilla. He learned in Kasho and later davened for many years in Zmigrad on 18th Ave. and at Karlsburg with Rav Chatzkel Roth. The niftar is survived by his wife and eight children, four sons and four daughters. Yehi zichro boruch.
