Born in Bnei Brak on May, 14, 1948, the day Eretz Yisroel became a Medina. He was born to holocaust survivors who both came from very illustrious families. He came to America with his mother and two brothers in 1961, his father died in 1954. After coming to America Erev pesach and celebrating his bar mitzva shortly after they lived for many years In Williamsburg. He then went to live with family In Bridgeport, CT where he worked for over 25 years in the family carpet business. In 1990 he moved to Lakewood and has lived there till the end. He was an einikel of the Kol Aryeh and Chassam Sofer and the great grandson of the Debritziner Rav. Mr Bauman is survived by two daughters, two brothers and 7 grandchildren all who loved him very much.
