a great man

Can't believe it, I used to meet him in Simches and spoke in Spanish cos it was our mother tonge. An amazing person and will miss him.

Reb Yisroel Fogel z”l

It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the passing of Reb Yisroel Fogel z”l. Reb Yisroel, a son of Rb Yehuda Fogel, was a resident of Boro Park. He was a longtime president of the 14th Avenue Agudah and a well-known askan in local and national circles. He leaves behind his wife, Mrs. Eva Fogel, and his children, Rebbetzin Devora Zupnik, Mrs. Mashy Arem, Rav Moshe Fogel and Mrs. Penina Bibelman. Yehi zichro boruch.
