Klal Yisrael lost a gem! He was a one of a kind of person. He was a model & did hundreds of brissim free of charge!! He never had children of his own but so many people felt to him as a child. His presence will be missed.

I read the Ribnitzer sefer that R' Cohen wrote and saw how much kavod the Ribnitzer Rebbe gave R' Cohen, he was clearly an adam gadol.

Rabbi Avraham Cohen who was known as ‘Rami’ was niftar after contracting the coronavirus. Rabbi Cohen was 92 years old. He was a Mohel who perfomed thousands of brissim – free of charge. In fact Rabbi Cohen trained other mohellim on condition they do not charge as well! I had the zechut to have Rabbi Cohn perform the bris on my son 10 years ago. He was so kind and caring. You could tell that everything he did was out of love. He was very reassuring and calming through the whole process. When I went back to see him with the baby a week later, he gave me a copy of his book. It was then when I realized what a truly amazing person he was and what he went through during the Holocaust. His neshamah should have an aliyah
