Was simply a tzadik cooked with his wife in the gere Mesivta was a role model to the students always greeting them with kind words and a smile was always a mensch and had exemplary midos was an erliche yid a chasidishe yid a bal chesed most of the students felt as though he was their good friend even though he could have been their grandfather but that made no difference to him may his memory be blessed and may his family have a nechama from above

A true ba'al chesed

As a close friend, I know of many instances where he jumped up to help other people in need. Never mixed into other people's business only when felt the need to help
